Married filing jointly. 3rd stimulus of $2800 direct deposited into my account. However IRS letter 6475 addressed to me states we received only $1400. How do I answer the question on the Turbo Tax ? "yes", or "no" ?

Many couples are receiving letter 6475 in each name, so maybe one of your letters has not arrived yet. Whatever you do, do not try to say the two of you received less than $2800. If you answer incorrectly, you will put the stimulus on line 30 of your tax return. You cannot get that money twice---and the IRS knows you got it. so.....puttting on your tax return will result in going under review and waiting months for your refund. And the IRS will reduce the refund by the amount you really got.
