Adding address to form 5695

I want to make sure that my address is on the energy form 5695. We have rolled over credits and last year was the 2nd time we used it. However, it got kicked back because the address wasn’t listed. I am making sure that my address is on their but it is not letting me do it.

    If the address is not your main home, you need to enter the address. Select NO, this is not the correct address and enter the one associated with the credit.
