Adjusting I Bond interest on State Return (Ohio)

I Bond Interest is not taxable in Ohio.  Ohio is not listed on the few States in TT that does not tax the interest.

It recommends leaving the adjusted interest income section blank and it will be revisited in the State return. That did not happen and I am stumped on how to adjust the interest earned in my state return.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

How did you enter it on the federal side?  It should be entered as interest and the amount in Box 3 (not box 1) and will be automatically  excluded  from the state return.

To get to box 3. Under the Received from box, you need to check the little box on the left for
….My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon).
