my son just turned 26 and hasn't worked since 2017, he suffer's from anxiety and panic attacks and refuses to work, we totally support him with the exception of him doing child care for his sister (his niece & nephew) since COVID when student went to digital learning. Can he use this information as income to file taxes? He only made approximately $7200 during that time and now I have to figure out how he can get health insurance since he is aged out of my insurance.. So if he doesn't work can I or can I not claim him on my taxes.

Thank

As you already know, your son is too old to claim as a child. And although you say he's not working, you also say that he earned $7,200. That's too much to qualify as a qualifying relative. If he's incapable of working, you can try to get him qualified for disability, which will get him health insurance. Otherwise, depending on which state you live in, he might be able to get insurance under Medicaid Expansion. Unless he is disabled, it is unlikely you can claim him as a dependent.
