I own a coop in a multi unit building. Am I eligible to take the NYC Enhanced Real Property Tax credit?

Yes, each residence within a multiple unit dwelling may qualify. A condominium, a cooperative, or a rental unit within a single dwelling is also a residence. Please view the New York link below for more information.
