Are long-term care premiums still deductable in NC?

We have been able to deduct them for the last few years.

Yes, they are included in medical expenses.  But would only be a deduction in NC if

1 - You were itemized on your federal return and took the medical deduction.

2 - your NC itemized deductions exceed the NC standard deduction
