Unfortunately, the credit for the Non-Business Energy Property which your solar screens would have qualified for expired on 12/31/2017 and was not renewed by Congress.

There is still the Residential Energy Efficient Property Credit, but this applies to qualified solar electric property, solar water heating property, small wind energy property, geothermal heat pump property, and fuel cell property.
