I had a work shed built solely to repair saxophones, I paid a contractor for the shed and the labor to build it. Also, I paid another contractor to run electricity from my home to the shed, and also paid for it to be insulated.
Is all this cost deductible? Must it be depreciated? I also bought a rug and 3 chairs for the shed.
