Arizona Form 321 is not included in the list of Arizona Credits: Credit for Contributions for Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO).

    Arizona Form 321 Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations is included in the TurboTax state program for Arizona.

    Keep going in the TurboTax AZ State Questions.  You will get to a page that says Other Nonrefundable Credits

     

    That is where you will indicate you need Form 340, Form 310, Form 321, Form 352, and Form 355

    To enter AZ contributions for qualifying charitable organizations, follow the steps below:

     

    1. Select Credits and Deductions under Federal return
    2. Select Donations to Charity
    3. Enter the charity amount (this will transfer over to your state return)
    4. Rerun state return
