It is the same work, you just have fewer kids. You would report your income on Schedule C. Since you probably did not get an official reporting form, you would enter it as cash paid to you.

If your children plan to take the Child Care Credit, they will have to list you and how much money they paid you.

Type "Schedule C" in the search field at the top right hand of the screen. Select "Jump To Schedule C" and you will be brought to the section of TurboTax where you can enter or have entered your business income and expense information

Where did you do the sitting?    If you home then  it is self-employed income, but if in the child's home then it probably can be entered as household employee income even without a W-2.
