I purchased a house (through a mortgage) in February 2019 and sold it in September 2019. Will I be receiving any documents for this purchase/sale and the property tax? (This is my first time dealing with real estate when it comes to taxes)

If you had a mortgage then you should receive a 1098 from the lender in late January/early February. You do not say if the house was for you to live in or a rental/investment property, but you will likely also receive a 1099S for the sale which you will enter on your tax return.
