I run a small LLC and do work as a third party.  I reported the income in the business income section.  This income was reported on a 1099 NEC with the business name as the recipient.  Do I also enter this in the personal section Other Income, Income form 1099 NEC?

No.  You will only enter the 1099-NEC one time.

Also be sure if you track all the income together, that when you report the rest of your income you remove the income on the 1099-NEC from the rest that you enter so you are not double taxed.
