Question

Business vehicle stopped working, had to buy new vehicle. How do I answer the question (FMV like-kind prop rec'd)?

If you did not trade-in your old vehicle when you purchased the new one, you would not answer any questions about "like-kind" property. Instead, report that you stopped using the old vehicle. Then add the new vehicle for your business.
