Question

can I add amortization fees to form 8825 commercial property that previously taken on 15MO since 2017? How?

I am not being prompted to add amortization fees when filing a 1065 LLC commercial self rental under business expenses. How can I enter it on my 8825 as an other expense?

    Here's how you enter your amortization fee into other expenses on  your Form 8825.
     

    1. Open TurboTax Business and start or continue your Partnership tax return.
    2. Select Federal Taxes from the menu bar.
    3. Click on Rental Real Estate, click edit by your property.  
    4. Under Rental Real Estate Expense click on General expenses.  You'll find other expenses at the bottom of the page.
