Can I be filed

We do not have enough information.   It seems like you are asking if someone else can claim you as a dependent.   If someone else has been supporting you in 2024, then they might be able to claim you as a qualified relative dependent.   If so, they get a $500 non-refundable credit on their own tax return.  

Here are the rules that pertain to being claimed as a qualified relative dependent:

WHO CAN I CLAIM AS A DEPENDENT?

You can claim a child, relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2024 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:

Qualifying child

• They're related to you.
• They aren't claimed as a dependent by someone else.
• They're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
• They aren’t filing a joint return with their spouse.
• They're under the age of 19 (or 24 for full-time students).
• No age limit for permanently and totally disabled children.
• They lived with you for more than half the year (exceptions apply).
• They didn't provide more than half of their own support for the year.

Qualifying relative

• They don't have to be related to you (despite the name).
• They aren't claimed as a dependent by someone else.
• They're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
• They aren’t filing a joint return with their spouse.
• They lived with you the entire year (exceptions apply).
• They made less than $5050 in 2024.
• You provided more than half of their financial support.

If you are married, your spouse does not claim you as a dependent.  The tax benefits of filing as married filing jointly already include additional deductions for the spouse.

If you are not married, then for an unrelated adult to claim you as a dependent, you must meet 3 tests.

1. Your taxable income is less than $5050 (for 2024) (including under the table work and side hustles).

2. You live in their home the whole year.

3. They provide more than half your total financial support.

Also, remember that even though social security is not taxable (if it is your only income), it does count as support you provide yourself.  So you have to think about the support question each year, and figure out your total cost of living, how much you provided, how much your partner provided, and how much was provided by outsiders (church, gifts, food stamps, etc.) and make sure the person who wanted to claim you has paid more than half the total.
