can I carryover 1 tax crdit to 2025 if I had 2 energy efficient improvements in 2024?

    Yes.  You can carry forward any excess unused credit, and apply it to reduce the tax you owe in future years.  You can continue to roll over unused portions of your credit for as long as the solar tax credit is in effect.
