Can i claim my disabled mother, she did not live me with me but helped her pay bills amd medication

She only earned ssdi and has a home in her name

It is very likely that you can claim her as your dependent under the rules for "Qualifying Relative".  

 

Generally,  since she is your mother, she automatically meets the test for not being your qualifying child and the relationship test. The remaining tests are:

 

1.  Is her gross income below $4,200? If she only receives social security then she meets this test as well.

2.  You must provide more than half of her total support during the calendar year.
