Question

Can I contribute to my HSA using family limits? I'm single and I am paying for a single HDHP through my work. I bought a sep HDHP for my child through the marketplace.

No you can't because you had a self-only HDHP. to be eligible for the family max you need to be covered by a family HDHP which has higher deductible amounts than self-only

Thanks for the response! Does it not matter that I am paying for 2 single HDHP plans (1 for me and 1 for my 15 yo daughter) where the total deductibles are the same as a family plan?

You coverage determines your contributions limits, not what you pay for.  If you are covered by a single HDHP, you have single contribution limits.
