Can I deduct a concierge service medical fee paid to my Dr?

As long as you do receive medical services for the fee you pay, then it is deductible as a medical expense.  

 

If the fee only gives you access to the medical practice, but does not cover any actual medical expenses, then it is not deductible.  If it is a combination (part for access/part for actual medical service), then the portion for medical services only can be deducted.
