I used to run a DJ business, and now donate my services a few times a year to an approved non-profit organization. If I have them sign a receipt stating the cost of services I'm providing, can I deduct it on my tax return?

Unfortunately, no.
See IRS Publication 526, Charitable Contributions,
 page 7:
“you can not deduct the value or your time or your services”

See IRS Publication 334, Tax Guide for Small Businesses

Chapter 8, under Expenses that you can not deduct
Charitable Contributions
