Can I deduct expenses for in-home heathcare service providers that came to our house for my spouse?

Yes - If your spouse needs in-house medical care that you paid for out of pocket, then you will be able to claim this as a medical expense.

TurboTax will guide you on entering all of your medical expenses so include everything you paid out-of-pocket including prescriptions, glasses, dentist bills, etc.
