Can i deduct fire tax i pay my town?

Yes if you itemize.  Typically a fire tax is imposed based on the assessed value of the property in the district.  Therefore it is a property tax which is an itemized deduction found in the "Deductions and Credits" section.  

 

  1. Navigate to the "Your Home" section 
  2. "Start/Revisit" the "Property Tax" topic  
  3. Total all the property taxes paid for your home 
  4. Enter the amount in the appropriate box
