Can I deduct Medicare Part B insurance cost as a Medical expense?

Yes you can.......but if you are receiving Social Security benefits -----when you enter your SSA1099 from Social Security, those Medicare premiums are in box 3 of the SSA1099 and they flow over to medical expenses automatically.  You do not have to enter it again.
