Medicare Part B are deductible when you itemize your deductions. You can deduct only the part of your medical and dental expenses that exceeds 7.5% of the amount of your adjusted gross income.

Turbo Tax will automatically carry the amount to  Schedule A, medical expenses section when you enter the information reported on your SSA-1099 form.
