We're deducting medical expenses this year and I don't have receipts for my prescription expenses.  Can I still claim this?

Yes, you can deduct the expense for prescriptions if you know you paid it.  You should be able to get your annual expense from your pharmacy without any problem.  Most pharmacies are doing that now when requested.

If the IRS should happen to audit they will want a reasonable explanation and proof of your cost so it's important you know that now.
