Can i deduct property taxes paid in Dec2016 on my mothers taxes if she died in Oct 2016 and assets now in "estate of"

Banks and stocks sent 1099int/div for entire year as well, can I just list what’s on 1099’s even though she died before the end of year

No, you can only deduct the taxes paid, and report the income earned up until the date of her death. After that, the income and expenses are part of the estate.
