Can I deduct the $52000 paid out of pocket to a long term care facility?

I am filing a 2022 tax return for my deceased mother.

Yes, if the purpose of her being in the long term care facility was primarily to receive medical care, then the entire cost paid to the facility (including meals and lodging) is deductible as a medical expense on Schedule A Itemized Deductions.
