Can I deduct the HUD loan modification repayment that we made on our house that we sold last year?

We did a modification back years ago and paid the loan off in full when we sold our house. Is any of the loan repayment able to be tax deductible?

Only interest paid and any outstanding points on the loan are deductible. Your lender can tell you if any of that applies to your pay off.
