You cannot deduct your NC wages from your GA return.

"Full-year residents are taxed on all income, except tax exempt

income, regardless of the source or where derived. "

You will need to file 2 state tax returns a resident GA return and a nonresident NC return.

You will receive a credit on your GA return for the tax you pay on your NC return.  You should prepare your nonresident NC return first so the program can calculate the tax credit you will receive on your GA return.
