Can I import ItsDeductible item donations to TurboTax Premier Online (web app)? If so, how?

It's deductible is part of my TurboTax account. ItsDeductible is very limited with item donations, almost half are not available in the embedded version of ItsDeductible in the Deductions & Credits section of TurboTax and there's no way to add items that are not found. I can add items not found in the online ItsDeductible app but I don't find an option to import from my ItsDeductible account into TurboTax online Premier. Is it possible?

If you have TurboTax Deluxe or higher, importing your ItsDeductible donations is easy. Here’s how:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
Search for donations and select the Jump to link.
Answer Yes to Did you make any donations to charity?
On the next screen, answer Yes toDo you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?
Your donations will automatically load as long as you're using the same account for both ItsDeductible and TurboTax. On the next screen, select which donations you want to import and select Import Now.
Select Continue and review your charities on the next screen.

If you make changes to Its Deductible and want to import again, start again at step 2 above.

I’ve used ItsDeductible for years, this year, in Turbotax Premier Online, after I click “Yes” on “Do you have an ItsDeductible account” nothing is shown to import. Clicking “Next” just tells me nothing was selected for import. I can see all my donations… I tried calling Customer Service twice, no resolution (first time agent told me she was a tax advisor, and that I needed to contact someone from ItsDeductible to fix the account link. Today, the agent did not get my issue at all and call kept ending)

Help please! I have way to many items to re-enter manually

Is this the process you are using?

Scroll down when you get to the “My tax breaks” table. There is a “More tax breaks” button below the table. Once you press the more breaks button search for charitable donations and there you will see the start button and from there the import question comes up.

This was the approach which finally worked for me! This let me successfully import my data from ItsDeductible online to TurboTax online (for 2024 tax year). Thank you!
