Can I make any deduction for a car I purchased for $33,575 in Florida and paid $ 2064.5 purchase tax on?

I bought a gasoline powered automobile in Florida for $33,575 this year 2019, and paid $3064.5 tax on it. Can I deduct some or any of that?

You can use the sales taxes paid on the car purchase as an itemized deduction.
