CAN I STILL DONATE TO A CHARITY FOR 2018
can I donate to a charity until april 15 and still deduct it on 2018 taxes?
Unfortunately, no. The tax year, in almost every instance, begins January 1, and ends December 31. Individuals are calendar year taxpayers. An exception would be the ability to contribute to an IRA.
