Can I still use my mom as my child care provider if my sister claimed her this year?

She is in SSD, plus I pay her for child care.

Do you mean your sister claimed her as a dependent, or did she also claim her as Child Care provider?

Also be aware that her SSDI benefits could be impacted, whether you claim the payments you made to her or not.

Yes, you can still use your mom as your child care provider even if your sister claims her this year.  However, if you pay your mom or she earns more than $4,400 in 2022 she will not be able to be claimed by your sister and she will have to file her own tax return.
