No, if you are using your personal vehicle for work for an employer that you receive a W2 form from, then you cannot claim your tires or other vehicle expenses. 

 

If you are using your personal vehicle for work as an independent contractor or for self-employment where you either receive a 1099-NEC or are your own boss, then yes, you can deduct your tires.  You can choose to deduct your tires and other vehicle expenses directly related and prorated between business and personal use or you can take the standard mileage deduction if you are using your vehicle for business but not for work for an employer.
