I worked for a dealership who paid me in a w-2 and then I would get a 1099 from the manufacturer for new car sales, my question is , can I write off the mileage in between my home and the dealership that I drove to every day?

No.

The travel between your home and your normal place of business is considered a personal expense and is not deductible for tax purposes.
