Can't get rid of the check mark next to "Sales of real estate, cars, or anything else for which you receive payments over two or more tax years" Doesn't apply.

I sold business property in 2020, but completed the process. On Turbo Tax, I've tried removing the check mark next to it and selecting "None of the Above" but it always comes back.

If you didn't report your Business Property Sale as an 'installment sale' in 2020, on the Property Sales screen, leave the box checked for 'Sales of Real Estate, Cars, etc..'

On the next screen, 'Installment Sales Summary', Delete the item listed.

Or, you can delete Form 6252 from your return.
