Can we deduct property taxes from both the house we own (have a mortgage) and is our only residence, and the property taxes on the land tax bill we pay from leasor?

House is on lot leased from Georgia Power; they pass the taxes on to us.

Yes, you can deduct all the property taxes you pay for property you are using.
