Can you view the breakdown of state itemized deductions on turbotax

I went through all the turbo tax state questions and reviewed all state taxes paid-doesn't say anything about including 2020 tax paid for 2019 state tax owed..so I pulled Hawaii state form N11 instructions online which states that tax paid in 2020 for 2019 tax owed can be included. Does turbotax include this amount in state taxes paid?

Look again in the federal section for that entry screen under deductions and credits  :
