Cannot enter information in sections

Turbo Tax is not allowing me to enter my information for Child Tax credit and also for the credit on car registration. Is there a fix for this?

The car registration may be deductible if it is based on the value of the car, see Is Your Car Registration Deductible? - TurboTax and is an itemized deduction under Deductions and Credits. Then select Car Registration fees.

To enter the advance Child tax credit, see How do I enter my advance Child Tax Credit payments in TurboTax? Click the magnifying glass and search for Child Tax Credit. Then select Jump to. After entering the information, there is a Let's Recheck and you need to select the box saying it is the correct amount.

What do you mean you can't enter the information?
