I had a low deductible family plan and general FSA but changed jobs in mid year in 2019 and moved to self only HDHP plan with HSA, my wife moved to her employer plan. I made contributions to FSA earlier but afetr moving jobs i made contributions to HSA but Turbotax is not allowing me to deduct the HSA amount. I was not covered by both plans at same time. How do I report this on Turbotax?

Yes, it seems that you should be able to report the HSA contirbutions.

"Turbotax is not allowing me to deduct the HSA amount."

How is TurboTax not allowing this? What is the message you see? You don't even report health FSA activity on your tax return, so TurboTax should not even know about your health FSA.

Remember that we in the Community cannot see your tax return nor the screen you are on.
