Charge due to HSA

I have used TurboTax for a few years now and have always had an employer HSA. Why am I being forced to go to the deluxe version and pay this year when the past years were free with the same situation?

    Every tax situation is different and TurboTax will recommend the right tax solution based on the information you provide. 

     

    If it has already upgraded you to the Deluxe version, as long as you have not e-filed your taxes already, submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase and start over

     

    If it keeps pushing you to upgrade after clearing and starting over and you can't proceed, you can try:

     

    •  I would suggest reaching out to TurboTax customer support.
    •  or you can go back to the W-2 and remove box 12 code W entry and see if that works
