My wife belongs to a Quilter's Guild. She makes quilts which are then donated to hospital, retirement homes, or shelters.

Are the materials, time, travel deductible? Since there are multiple recipients, how would they be entered?

If the quilts are donated through certain exempt charitable organizations then she can deduct the cost of the fabrics, etc. and her mileage to deliver them.   There is no deduction for her skill, time or expertise in making the quilts.
