The categories of donations that turbotax presents on the "Enter another donation ..." screen are these 4:1) items, 2) money, 3) stock (ESPPs, RSUs, private stock common stock), and 4) mileage and travel expenses.
Real estate is not an option
Real estate is an item. Select "Items." On the screen that asks about valuing the donations, click "I'll value them." After you enter the date of the donation, the next screen asks you to choose a category. Select "Real property."
