Solved

Charity appears when I select "Manage Charities" but not when I select "Manage Donations". Your previous interface was much more effective and much easier to use.

You will have a lot less trouble if you go back to the "Classic" version for everything.

But

In the New interface.....Did you actually go back to "Manage Donations" AFTER you went into "Manage Charities"?

When I did it in that order (i.e. Charities before Donations the very first time you use it), the prior year's charities were transferred to 2016, and only after that showed up in the donations section (though I can't be sure I didn't do something like edit one of them in the manage Charities list. )
