Where on my previous years return can I find if I have any child care credit to carryover to this year?? How do I know if it was unused from the previous year?

The Child and Dependent Care Credit does not carryover to the next year.

However, if you made pre-payments at the end of a calendar year, for care the following year, you can still claim it in the year that the care was provided.

I am doing my LA taxes. It says this on Turbotax.com:
"Enter any unused Louisiana child care credits (credit carryovers) from your prior year Louisiana tax returns.

You can find this information on your Louisiana tax returns for the years 2012 through 2015."

Where do I find that info on my tax return?? How do I know if I have unused credits??
