Okay, so I’ve read a lot of the provided links from TurboTax, but I’m not sure if I’m able to claim this credit or not.
I have a child under the age of 16. She lives with her biological father most of the year, but I get to have vacation time with her and 1 weekend a month. So that’s roughly 20-ish weeks all together out of the year.
I’m not sure what I’d qualify for if anything at all. But I wanted to ask just in case.
