I completed my tax return through TurboTax and realized that it says 500.000 for my daughter who is 13 and through 2 other tax software it's showing 1500.00 why would this be calculated 1 way through TurboTax and different through the others?  (Everything entered exactly the same)

Make sure you have entered your child as a dependent in My Info, and that you have entered the child's Social Security number.    Careful— do not say that your child’s SSN is not valid for employment.  If your child was born in 2024 make sure you said he lived with you the whole year.  There is an oddly worded question that asks if the child paid over half their own support.  Say NO to that question.

The $500 credit you mention is for a dependent who is over 18 years old. So you must have entered something wrong, as mentioned by @xmasbaby0 so you need to go back through the personal information section for your daughter.

You more than likely answered one of the questions about the dependent incorrectly in TurboTax.

Makes sure that you indicated that she lived with you for the whole year.  That you provided over one-half of her support or that she did NOT provide over one-half of her own support.  That there was no one else who supported her in your household.  And you did NOT check the box "not valid for employment" in the section for entering her Social Security number.  Her date of birth must be entered so that she is under the age of 17

If your answers are correct, then delete her as a dependent and re-enter
