Child tax credit is calculated automatically by the program based on your inputs as you complete your return.

There was an "Ask the Expert" event today for questions about the child tax credit and the child and dependent care credit.  That event is over now, but if you have questions about the CTC or other child - related credits you can post those questions here any time and we will be happy to help you.
