Child Tax Credit

Hello I filed 2020 Tax and I did not qualify for Child Tax credit . I claimed him Please, help?

Does he have a Social Security number?

Did you say he lived with you for over  6 months of 2020?

Was he under the age of 17 at the end of 2020?

Was he born in 2020----if so did you say he lived with you the WHOLE year?

Did you enter income earned from working?
