Please refer to the link posted earlier - Topic B, question 3 (Q B3) for the definition of a "qualifying child" and Q B4 for SSN requirement.

Tax Year 2021 child tax credit ($3,000 for a qualifying child age 6 thru 17; $3,600 for age 5 and under) is fully refundable even there is no tax liability.

TurboTax Online is available now for you to log in, go through the dependent questions, and find out if you will receive the full $3,000 child tax credit.
